Review: You agree to review your return for accuracy prior to signing. You are ultimately responsible for the information on your return.
E-Filing: We will electronically file your return upon receiving your signed authorization (Form 8879).
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide true, accurate, and complete information regarding your income and expenses.
Maintain records and receipts to substantiate the items reported on your return.
Review your tax return before it is filed to ensure all information is correct.
Fees and Payment
Pricing: We are committed to transparent pricing. Fees are based on the complexity of the return and forms required.
Zero Upfront Fees: We may offer $0 upfront fee options where tax preparation fees are deducted from your refund. Additional bank or processing fees may apply to this service.
Referral Program: A $50 discount or cash referral bonus is subject to the terms of the specific promotion active at the time of referral.
Electronic Signatures
You consent to the use of electronic signatures. You agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement and your tax documents.
Limitation of Liability
While we operate with high standards of integrity and accuracy, Warren J. McIntyre Tax Services is not liable for:
Additional taxes, penalties, or interest resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Delays caused by the IRS or state tax agencies.
Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
Intellectual Property
The content on wjmtaxservices.com, including the logo, text, and design, is the property of Warren J. McIntyre Tax Services
and is protected by copyright laws.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
